Set in an idyllic Georgian market town, the property enjoys an enviable location in the centre of the town, a stone's throw from the pubs, restaurants, charming shops and galleries. It is a perfect place to explore North Norfolk with all the amenities you need on your doorstep. Holt is set on the edge of the Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, home to the National Trust s Blakeney Nature Reserve where you can enjoy a boat trip to see the seals, set off on beautiful coastal walks and watch the world go by. The coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham and Wells next the Sea are close by along with numerous National Trust spots and the beautiful Holkham Hall. As you enter the property via the front door, you arrive in the hallway where to the left is the open plan lounge/diner. The living area has a two seater sofa and a large snuggle chair providing seating for four guests. There is a Smart TV in the lounge area, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. There is access via French doors from the lounge area to the rear enclosed courtyard, perfect to catch the morning sun. Back into the house, the dining area has a table and seating for up to four guests. The country kitchen completes the downstairs and has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment. When you head upstairs to the first floor, you will find two comfortable double bedrooms. There is a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over and WC. Along with the enclosed rear outside space with garden furniture and BBQ, there is a patio area to the front of the property which has a table and four chairs, so you can enjoy al fresco dining whenever the sun is shining. There is also private off road parking for one car.
