Walking into the property you will enter the hallway, the lounge is just off the hall with comfortable seating, Smart TV and a Blu Ray DVD making this the perfect place to enjoy a game of scrabble after a day out exploring. The kitchen is next door and is well equipped with a dining area, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom is also on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Head back through the hall and up the stairs to the first floor. Here you will find two comfortable bedrooms a king size and a double. There is access from the hallway on the ground floor out to the private yard which is south facing and is a real sun trap. There is seating out here for you to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee. Although there is no allocated parking there is street parking with a disc (1 hour at a time) and a Pay and Display car park just a few minutes walk away where you can purchase a weekly parking ticket.
