Set out along the footpath that runs alongside the property to enjoy a long stroll through the stunning Brecon Beacons with your four legged friend, or take to two wheels to follow the 55 mile traffic free Taff Trail along paths and canal towpaths. Other outdoor pursuits available in the local area include pony trekking, clay pigeon shooting and fishing. Head into nearby Brecon to stock on supplies or enjoy a meal at one of its restaurants or pubs, or wander to the local pub in Groesffordd, just 1.5 miles away. Inside, a charming country kitchen boasts exposed beams, a farmhouse style table and feature fireplace. Here you will find an electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, while the large utility room houses a second sink, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ample space for coats and boots. After a long day on foot, retreat to the cosy sitting room to warm up beside the large wood burner while enjoying your favourite programmes or films on the TV/DVD. Also on the ground floor is a WC.
