This cottage can comfortably sleep up to six guests across two well-appointed bedrooms, including a twin room equipped with a TV and another room that can serve as either a double or twin, featuring an en-suite shower, basin, and WC. The cottage boasts a cozy kitchen with a dining area and folding doors that lead to a private patio, while the inviting sitting room is furnished with a sofabed and a woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for two vehicles and a lovely patio area with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying morning coffee amidst stunning rural views.

Houghton North Farm Cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including biomass central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
