Conveniently located, Helm Cottage is less than a minute's walk from Dartmouth's vibrant main street, filled with shops, restaurants, cafes, and independent stores. The picturesque riverfront is just a short stroll away, allowing guests to savor the local delicacies, such as fish and chips, while taking in the scenic views of the River Dart. The property also includes a parking permit for one undesignated space in a nearby car park, ensuring ease of access for those traveling by car.
The cottage is equipped with modern amenities to enhance the guest experience, including a fridge with an ice box, microwave, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, and ceramic hob in the kitchen.
