Its serene setting is complemented by thirteen acres of lush gardens and woodlands, creating an idyllic environment for relaxation and adventure alike.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area designed for comfort and socializing. The sitting area is equipped with two cozy sofas, a Smart television, and patio doors that invite the refreshing Cornish breeze inside. Adjacent to this space, the dining area accommodates up to four guests, perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories. The modern kitchen is well-appointed with essential appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, and dishwasher, along with a kitchen island that provides extra seating for morning coffee or casual meals. A cloakroom with a wash basin and WC adds convenience to this level.

On the first floor, guests will find two inviting bedrooms. The second bedroom, featuring twin single beds, includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom is characterized by its vaulted open-truss ceiling and a large feature window that fills the space with natural light. Furnished with a super-king size bed, this room ensures a restful night’s sleep, while ample wardrobe space and a dressing table enhance comfort. An en-suite bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, offers additional privacy and convenience.

The property is pet-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge, and offers various amenities such as travel cots and highchairs upon request. Guests will receive a welcome pack with essential items, including snacks and toiletries, as well as a special dog welcome pack. Notably, guests should be aware that some facilities at The Valley are closed for two weeks in November and throughout January, and while the photographs depict a generic property type, the interiors are consistent across all Haven properties, though exteriors may vary.
