Set down a quiet country lane 1.5 miles from the centre of Rhayader this spacious centrally heated property consists of a living room with impressive fire place with multi-fuel stove and beamed ceiling, with access to the rear garden. Large kitchen with rangemaster oven, washing machine. There is a downstairs lavatory. Upstairs there are double and twin bedrooms both with views over the gardens to the hills surrounding Rhayader and the main bathroom.
There is off road parking and storage for bikes etc.

Located in Rhayader, this cottage is in a rural area. The Hall at Abbey-Cwm-Hir and Strata Florida Abbey are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Gilfach Nature Reserve and Elan Valley. Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, horse riding, and cycling nearby.
