Accommodating up to four guests, the cottage features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The location is convenient, with a variety of dining options, including restaurants, pubs, and takeaways, as well as essential amenities like convenience stores and a surf hire shop, all within a short distance. Additionally, several sandy beaches are located nearby, enhancing the appeal for beach lovers.

The cottage is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, offering modern kitchen utilities such as a double electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Guests will find that bed linen and towels are provided, though beach towels should be brought from home. Accessibility is a key feature, ensuring easy entry to the property. Outdoor spaces include a small front garden and a larger enclosed rear garden, complete with a patio area and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh Cornish air. While the garage is not available for use, there is a shed for storing bikes, surfboards, and wetsuits.

Parking is convenient with space for 2-3 cars available in the driveway. Although family facilities are not provided, they can be hired locally. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed for an additional fee, making it a pet-friendly option for those traveling with furry companions. The rental includes gas and electricity, along with amenities such as modern heating and a living flame coal effect gas fire in the lounge. For entertainment, guests can enjoy Netflix during their stay.

Guests should note that smoking is not permitted on the property, and check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with departure by 10:00 AM. An Accidental Damage Deposit may be required, and detailed instructions for travel and key collection will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Situated in close proximity to local landmarks like Prideaux Place and Huer's Hut, Gull Cottage is also near attractions such as the Padstow Maize Maze and the National Lobster Hatchery, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful South West of England.
