Changeover Day - Changeover day is Fri or Mon (4 pm check in/10 am check out). Short breaks available (excl. peak) Mon to Fri/Fri to Mon - can be flexible.
Suitability - Accommodation is on two levels with a shower room on the ground floor and both bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. There is a small rear patio garden accessed up steep steps.
Dog Friendly - One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dogs must be kept in the kitchen and TV room only.
Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1: king-sized bed, Smart TV with access to Netflix. Bedroom 2: twin beds.
Bathrooms - Ground floor: Shower room with WC, sink and towel rail.
Bathrooms - First floor: Family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink, WC and heated towel radiator.
Kitchen - Open plan design linking to dining/sitting room. Electric range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière, large fridge with small freezer compartment.
Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room - Dining area in kitchen with table seating four and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Seating for four, multi-fuel wood stove (starter basket of wood supplied October - April) and Smart TV with access to Netflix and DVD player.
Utility Room - Located outside and houses a washing machine, an additional fridge-freezer (50:50) and an area for drying clothes. An ironing board and iron, electric clothes airer and hoover are all stored inside the cottage, under the stairs.
TV Room - Seating for four, TV with free sat box and flame effect electric fire.
Outdoors - Small outside patio area up steps with table and six chairs. There are steep stairs leading up to the terrace so children should be supervised.
Parking - Street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily / weekly charge.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available. A stairgate is available downstairs to fit across the hallway only as stair design makes fitting a gate across the bottom or top difficult; this means that if children are in the sitting room, they can access the stairs. There is a second pressure-fit stair gate available upstairs to fit the bedroom doorway. Note the main entrance to Gower Cottage steps into the pavement by a busy road.
Bikes - Bikes can be stored in the outside utility room but please note that they have to be brought through the house. There is a hosepipe. Please bring your own bike locks.
Wetsuits - Hanging available in the outside utility room.

General - Less than a 5-minute drive to Beaumaris restaurants and pubs Less than a 5-minute walk to Beaumaris pubs, shops, beach and pier. The bus stop is a one-minute walk from the cottage. Please note that refuse bins need to be brought through the house for collection on set days.
Utilities - All utilities, linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. HIVE controlled gas central heating and constant hot water. Heated towel radiator in the first-floor bathroom.
Booking Details - Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
