The ground floor of Ewood Cottage features a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, and hob, catering to all culinary needs. Additionally, an outbuilding houses a washing machine and freezer for guests staying longer than a week, upon prior arrangement. The bathroom boasts a white suite complemented by exposed stonework and sage green metro tiling, featuring a bath/shower, sink, heated towel rail, and towels provided for guests.
On the first floor, guests will find a cozy lounge and two bedrooms. The lounge is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and additional seating, alongside a flat-screen TV with free-sat and a living flame gas fire for added warmth and comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom features a single bed and a trundle bed for a fourth guest, although this may limit space when both beds are in use. The cottage benefits from gas central heating and 4G WiFi throughout, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Access to Ewood Cottage is through a picturesque courtyard adorned with flower beds and seating, leading to a patio area that offers outdoor seating with views of Centre Vale Park and Stoodley Pike. Guests have allocated parking within the grounds, just 20 yards from the entrance, and secure bike storage is available upon request.
