Nestled on a picturesque tree-lined road in the older section of the island, the property is conveniently situated within a ten-minute stroll to both the beach and local shopping centers. The cottage's inviting atmosphere is enhanced by a charming sitting room at the front, complete with a log-burning stove, comfortable seating, and a smart TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

The rear of the cottage boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, which also includes another log burner and a comfortable seating nook. This well-equipped kitchen allows guests to self-cater with ease, featuring modern appliances such as a kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a large double electric oven, a seven-ring gas hob, and an integral grill. For convenience, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The dining area features a large scrubbed-top table with ample seating, overlooking a charming cottage garden that is perfect for outdoor dining with its table, chairs, cushions, and a large sunshade.

On the first floor, guests will find two double bedrooms, one of which includes a vanity basin, alongside a family bathroom that features a bath with a shower attachment, a spacious shower cubicle, and a WC. The cottage is equipped with central heating throughout and offers off-road parking for two vehicles.
