Spanning two floors, the barn's interior is designed to be light and airy, featuring a comfortable sitting room complete with a log burner, plush sofas, and French doors that open onto the patio and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and includes underfloor heating, providing warmth during cooler evenings. The dining area overlooks the patio and garden, with patio doors that can be opened to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces on pleasant days, enhancing the overall experience of the home.
Upstairs, guests will find two inviting bedrooms, one furnished with a super king-size double bed and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom features a zip/link super king-size bed that can be transformed into twin beds, accommodating various guest arrangements. A lovely family bathroom completes the upper level. Outside, the barn boasts an open grassy garden and a secluded patio area with the hot tub, providing a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploring the stunning local area.
The surrounding region is rich with activities and attractions, with Kirkby Lonsdale just three miles away, offering local shops and picturesque sights. Visitors can enjoy scenic walks along the river, taking in landmarks such as the beautiful St Mary’s Church and ‘Ruskin’s View’, before meandering back along the river to the iconic Devil's Bridge. Nearby Ingleton serves as a gateway to the Dales, while Kendal leads to the breathtaking Lake District and Windermere.
