The ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave, along with a utility room featuring a washing machine. The lounge/diner is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV with Netflix access, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family meals. The first floor hosts the twin bedroom, a shower room, and the master bedroom, which is complete with an armchair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
Outside, guests can enjoy a small front garden and a larger rear garden featuring a patio and lawn, ideal for outdoor activities. The property offers off-road parking for up to two cars and includes essential amenities such as gas central heating, WiFi, and bed linen and towels (excluding the sofa bed).
