Dairy Cottage is a charming, ground floor barn conversion located in the quaint hamlet of Gatcombe, near Newport on the Isle of Wight. This delightful mid-terrace cottage can accommodate up to four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite shower room and French doors that open to a private patio, and a twin room. The open plan living area seamlessly integrates a kitchen, dining space, and a cozy sitting area complete with an electric fire, also featuring French doors that lead outside, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

The cottage is equipped with modern amenities including gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and entertainment options such as a TV with FreeSat, DVD player, and WiFi. Guests can enjoy the convenience of included bed linen and towels, as well as ample off-road parking. A private enclosed patio with outdoor furniture provides a perfect setting for al fresco dining. However, it is important to note that the property is not suitable for pets or smoking, and it cannot accommodate bookings for less than four nights. Additionally, while the cottage is all on one level, there are steps leading to the patio area and into the property, making it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
