With beautiful views towards Lelant of St. Uny’s Church and the golf course, and distant views of the sea and the coastline towards St Ives Fairway is a great location from which to explore St. Ives Bay. Fairways has comfortable accommodation for up to four people, with two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), open plan living / dining and well-equipped kitchen space and and enclosed balcony which looks towards Lelant & St. Ives Bay. Sunsets and starlit evenings sitting out on the balcony, or cosying up for slow suppers inside, long coastal walks and beach adventures or days exploring West Cornwall… this holiday home is light, airy and comfortable and a great place to kick back and relax. Fairways benefits from open plan accommodation with a dining table seating four persons and a comfortable corner suite for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and microwave, and the lounge area has a TV/DVD combo and Radio/CD player. The area is heated by an electric wall heater. Bedroom 1 - A good-sized room with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, four drawer unit and built in double wardrobe, electric wall heater. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bedside cabinet, built in double wardrobe with a three drawer unit inside, electric wall heater. Hallway - additional wall heater, built in utility cupboard which houses a washing machine and worktop freezer. The £1 coin electricity slot meter is housed in here as well as the water heater switch and the consumer unit. Shower room - Shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet, basin, wall mounted electric fan heater, wall and floor cabinets. Outside - Patio doors to a small balcony which offers outside seating at the front of Fairways looking out to sea towards St Ives and to the side of the property overlooking the estuary is a picnic bench.
