The property is conveniently situated within a short drive from picturesque seaside towns such as Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster, as well as renowned nature reserves like Snettisham and Blakeney. Additionally, the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway adds a unique touch to the area, while the medieval village of Little Walsingham and charming market towns like Thornham, Holt, and Fakenham are easily accessible.
The cottage, dating back to the 18th century, retains several original features, including exposed beams that enhance its character. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy lounge, furnished with comfortable seating, a traditional wood burner, and a television, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. The dining room is equally charming, boasting original floorboards and a beamed ceiling, accommodating up to six guests for meals together.
The narrow galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay. The ground floor also includes a convenient WC.
