Situated a short walk from the picturesque seafront of Westward Ho!, which is known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sandcastles or flying kites there is plenty for all to enjoy. Venture further afield and explore North Devon with attractions to suit all tastes including Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. On entering this house you will feel totally at home with everything you will need for your stay, the house has been furnished and equipped with a real sense of relaxation. Entering through a sunroom/dining room with dining table and chairs its a great place to chat whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a ground floor shower room with shower and WC off the kitchen, before a door leads into an airy lounge with comfy seating and Smart TV, a great place to kick back and relax after a day exploring. Heading up the stairs you will find two bedrooms, one double with sea views and one twin, please note the twin has limited space around the beds. The bathroom completes the accommodation offering a bath and WC. Stepping outside is the fully enclosed courtyard garden area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is also a public park and free to use tennis court opposite the cottage. Gate leads to the allocated off road parking for one car.
