For walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages, and Sheringham is just 2 miles away where can you hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway which travels to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt via Weybourne. As you enter this superb bungalow, you arrive in the long hallway which leads down to the living areas and bedrooms. As you walk down the hallway, you first come to the kitchen area which has everything the designated chef needs to prepare a hearty and wholesome meal. Be it for friends or family celebrating any occasion, you have the use of an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Once breakfast, lunch, or dinner is ready then serve up at the dining table which is beyond the kitchen where up to four people can dine together at the table and chairs. The comfortable lounge area is off from the hallway and has two comfortable sofas which surround a large Smart TV, so even on your holiday you don t have to miss your favourite show this is the area where you can all come together after a busy day out on the coast to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is a super king size room with plenty of space to store or hang your clothes and belongings, and bedroom two is a twin zip and link bedroom which upon request can be made up into a super king size bed. Both bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Access to the rear of the property is via patio doors out to the very spacious, enclosed garden and a large patio area which has a table and chairs, plus an outdoor sofa. This is the perfect spot to enjoy some drinks and some al fresco dining while you reflect on the day or plan the next day s adventures ahead of watching the sun go down. There is plenty of private off road parking to the front of the property which will comfortably accommodate two cars.
