Stow on the Wold sits at the hub of the Cotswold s with its mellow Cotswold stone architecture and breath taking countryside. Its central location offers easy accessibility to neighbouring towns and villages to include Broadway, Chipping Campden, Bourton on the Water and Burford. The Cotswold Way has great walking whatever the season. Further afield the historic town of Stratford upon Avon Shakespeare s birth place and Cheltenham home to the literature and food festival. More local attractions include Chastleton House and Gardens, The Cotswold Farm Park, Snowshill, Hidcote Manor and Daylesford organic farm shop. Through the private gated access into the courtyard, with a traditional walled garden and wooden front door enter the small lobby with hanging space for coats and shoes. From here, access the lounge oozing with character, the soft furnishings further enhance the exposed beams and stone mullion windows creating the perfect retreat after a long days walking. The cottage kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table with chairs. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find one double bedroom enjoying a front aspect and one double bedroom with low beams. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, on this floor. Enjoy the privacy of the terrace within your private courtyard with garden furniture, this is a real sun trap so make sure you bring a good book. There is private parking for one car.
