The inviting lounge area features comfortable seating, a log-effect electric fire, and a TV/DVD, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Accommodation includes two charming bedrooms located on the upper floor; one double and one twin, both adorned with original feature fireplaces and scenic views over the village green and surrounding downs. An additional z bed can be provided for younger guests upon request, accommodating children up to 13 years old. The ground floor also includes a bathroom equipped with an electric shower over the bath and WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Outside, the property is enhanced by delightful fenced gardens at both the front and rear, featuring an attractive patio area complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in the sunshine.
