For walkers, the spectacular scenery of the Dark Peak is nearby, or for something a little more strenuous, Edale at the start of the Pennine Way is easily accessible. The beautiful beamed ceilings and wooden floor of the entrance hall and dining room of the cottage, give the property a real sense of character. The lounge with its log burner and stone surround provides a wonderful space for relaxing, while the kitchen has all the necessities complete with wooden floors and exposed beams. As guests head upstairs the half window of the landing reveals breathtaking views across the surrounding landscape. Upstairs, the main bedroom with a double bed offers views to the front and rear of the property. The en suite bathroom consists of a bath, shower, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom can be reached via an alternative staircase from the kitchen and has a double bed and en suite shower room. Outside there is a garden with a private patio area to the front of the cottage, providing a wonderful setting for relaxing and taking in the surrounds.
