Located in the pretty and peaceful village of Ingham, this is an ideal holiday base for both coast and countryside. The village itself has a popular gastro pub which is worth a visit, and cyclists can head off down the country lanes to vast stretches of sandy beaches at Eccles on Sea just 2 miles away, or Happisburgh (3 miles) with its striped lighthouse. Sea Palling, with its resident seals, is just 3 miles away, and the truly wonderful Norfolk Broads can be easily reached for day boat hire, exploring the waterways, and enjoying the wildlife. You can also visit the fine city of Norwich (17 miles) with its theatres, museums cathedrals, shops and restaurants. Enter this attractive cottage via the front door which leads into a small hallway where you will find a separate WC. Then step into the stylish kitchen/diner which is brimming with character and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A light snack or dinner can be served up at the dining table which has seating for four guests. Next is the cosy lounge with its comfortable sofa and armchair, making this the perfect place to relax those tired legs, fire up the wood burner and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV. The shower room is located off the lounge, perfect for freshening up before or after exploring the local area. The short, steep staircase leads you to a small landing area, and on to the master king size bedroom which is well equipped with ample storage and a Smart TV. You will also find the cosy second bedroom with a small double bed suited to a couple, a single adult, or two children who are happy to share. From the lounge, head outside to the enclosed sun trap which is part gravel, part patio area with a table and chairs and two deck chairs should you wish to soak up some rays. Sip on some cocktails and enjoy some al fresco dining. There is private off road parking for two cars opposite the cottage.
