The entrance to the cottage leads you into a small hallway where there is space for dropping coats and shoes, and a door that leads into the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well appointed kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. A circular dining table with four chairs defines the dining area and the lounge area has a comfy sofa, armchair, Sky TV (basic package), Bluetooth speaker and french doors that overlook the patio area. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower, bath and WC. A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where you will find a second double bedroom with Smart TV. Directly opposite the cottage is a large grassy parkland area and children s playground, great for letting the little ones or four legged friend run around.
