Within easy reach of the cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Preston which are rich in culture with their vibrant shopping districts, restaurants and café culture. Lancashire s iconic seaside town of Blackpool, with its miles of sandy beach, amusements and pleasure beach with rides to suit all the family, is one of the many attractions that will tempt you during your visit. Located between the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District all within easy reach which makes this property the perfect base for your holiday. Firstly, we find ourselves in the lounge/diner area which has all you need for your holiday and offers comfort and relaxation. There is a leather sofa and armchair where you can sit and watch all your favourite shows on the TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to sit and enjoy evening meals together. Next is the kitchen area where you will find all you need to cook up a real treat anytime of the day. You have an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave with doors leading out to the patio. Through the hall we have a double bedroom with doors leading out to the patio area and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Then onto the bunk bedroom with single pull out bed and lastly the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is a private courtyard with garden furniture and parking for two cars. There is also a lovely outdoor area, accessed by handmade wooden bridges over the surrounding fresh running stream. On the island you will find a brick charcoal BBQ and campfire pit with plenty of wooden benches to relax on.
