Head to Ingram Valley (4 miles) for coffee, themed dining and lovely walks along the River Breamish and Linhope Spout waterfall. Enjoy dinner at the gastro pub in nearby Eglingham. Spend a day in the market town of Alnwick to see the Castle and the spectacular gardens, visit Rothbury for shops and eateries, the Simonside Hills and Cragside House and Gardens. Wooler on the edge of the Cheviots is less than 9 miles and offers great amenities all year round. Arrive through the front door into the beautifully presented kitchen/diner. The space is light and airy with plenty of natural light flooding in and with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare tasty meals when dining in. You have an electric oven and hob, a fridge and a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and a washer/dryer. Sit on the stools at the breakfast bar with a drink to chat while the cook is busy and eat together at the large dining table. The back door in the kitchen leads you into the garden. Head through to the lounge with it's cosy electric wood burning effect stove where you can relax on the comfortable seating to watch a movie on Smart TV or, unwind on the wing back chair with your book for some quiet time, while the French doors connect you to the garden all year round. Moving upstairs, you will find the attractive, dual aspect master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage, and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. The spacious second bedroom also has a king size bed and ample storage for your things. There is also a trundle bed available for alternative sleeping arrangements. The focal point in the elegant bathroom is the freestanding bath with a shower attachment for long, relaxing bubble baths and the retro style WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden partially laid to lawn with a gravel patio area and patio furniture for al fresco dining. Private, off road parking for two cars is located to the side of the property, accessible from the garden.
