Set in ancient fishing village of Polruan, next to the local tea rooms, famous for its boat building heritage and stunning scenery. The village has everything you need including pubs/restaurants, shops and a small beach. If you decide to venture further afield the town of Fowey with its shops, restaurants and pubs, is just a short drive away or you can get there by the passenger ferry from the quay. The area is packed full of beaches, coastal walks and valleys, offering opportunities for walking, swimming and sailing. On entering the property, you will immediately be amazed by the large kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridg/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining table which seats 4 comfortably. A staircase leads up to the first floor where the comfortable lounge takes up the whole of this floor giving you lots of room. Here you can cosy up and watch TV. Heading up to the second floor you will find two bedrooms, a double with TV and a bunk room. Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is no outside space at the property however, the cottage is within paces from the beach and village quay. Parking is available at the nearby car parks where charges apply
