The property has been updated without losing the cosy feeling a cottage should have, in the heart of the village. The village itself has a small shop and a couple of pubs which serve food. There is a ferry service to Fowey which runs every 15 minutes giving access to further shops, restaurants and pubs. There is only one road giving access to Polruan which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach. It is ideally situated for visiting attractions such as, The Eden Project or Ferryside where Daphne Du Maurier wrote her first novel. There is also easy access to the South West Coast Path. On the ground floor of the property you will find the open plan lounge/diner with feature multi fuel stove, providing extra warmth in the winter months. Curl up on the comfy sofa in front of the TV/DVD and watch your favourite programme or film, snuggled up in front of the multi fuel stove. In the dining area the table comfortably seats four people enabling the planning of your day over your morning coffee. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob and fridge, in here you will be able to create delicious meals for the family. From the kitchen there is a door which leads to outside. Moving on up to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one double and one small double. The bathroom is also found on this floor and has a bath with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside to the rear of the cottage via the kitchen door, is a sunny south facing courtyard garden with garden furniture. There is also an external utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine.
