Inside the cottage, guests are welcomed by a cozy atmosphere characterized by wooden floors and a well-designed layout. The entrance leads to a utility room equipped with a washer/dryer and a WC, while the inviting lounge area features two comfortable sofas positioned around a wood burner, creating an ideal space for cozy evenings watching movies on the Smart TV. The dining area, adjacent to the lounge, boasts French doors that open to lovely garden views, enhancing the dining experience with a touch of nature. For entertainment, a cupboard filled with games, puzzles, and DVDs is available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The kitchen is well-appointed with modern amenities, including a fridge, separate freezer, range-style electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Although slightly open to the lounge/diner, the kitchen maintains a degree of privacy, ensuring a functional cooking space. Upstairs, two tastefully decorated bedrooms await, both offering views of the garden. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a smart TV, while the twin bedroom caters to both children and adults, complete with a hairdryer for convenience. The family bathroom, adorned with luxurious travertine tiles, includes a shower over a large bath, providing options for both a refreshing shower and a long, relaxing soak.
Outside, a spacious terrace with seating overlooks the expansive lawned garden, perfect for families and pets to enjoy. A fantastic tree house and play area located opposite the garden provide a safe space for children to play while parents supervise from the terrace. While there is no BBQ available on the property, the setting is ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying drinks in the fresh air. Off-road parking for two cars is conveniently located at the front of the cottage, adding to the overall appeal of this delightful getaway.
