Further afield numerous beaches and coastal walks; Porth, Newquay and Fistral are within 7 miles and offers great surf, windsurfing, bars, restaurants and a lively night out. The Eden Project is just 15 miles away and offers a host of fun days out for all ages. Other attractions and places of interest included the cathedral city of Truro, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Screech Owl Sanctuary and Oasis Fun Pool all within 12 miles. Enter the cottage into the kitchen which is well stocked and perfect for cooking up a hearty breakfast or packed lunch before a busy day out exploring. Next door you will find a great dining room with feature AGA as well as a good size dining table and chairs ideal for catching up after a long day. The lounge offers a great space with comfy seating and fabulous wood burner, making a great spot to cosy in and watch all your favourite programs on the TV/DVD. Upstairs via the steep staircase are two good size bedrooms, the first a dual aspect king size bedroom with TV and dressing table as well as a comfortable twin bedroom with TV/DVD. Outside, there is an enclosed terraced garden with patio area and garden furniture with steps leading up to a lawned area and a second seating area to catch the sun.
