The small sandy beach of Pentewan is approximately 2 miles away and further along you will find Carlyon Bay, both are excellent for all water sports and swimming. On entering this charming cottage you will find the well equipped country style kitchen with an electric hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. To the other side of the hallway is the dining room, accessed via a low doorway, a great area for those family meals with a table seating four. Also, on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the cottage style stairs, you will come to the first floor where the twin bedroom can be found. The lounge on this floor is a cosy room with a TV with BT TV and Box with Sports package, Bluetooth speaker, multi fuel burner (first basket of logs included) and window seat, a perfect area to relax in following an action packed day of exploring. Directly from the lounge you can make your way up the steep stairs to the king size bedroom with TV, feature fireplace, window seat and views of the sea. To the front of the property across a narrow path is the small patio/garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
