The well-equipped kitchen, though compact, contains all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor, guests will find a charming twin bedroom and a separate bathroom equipped with a built-in shower and WC. An exposed staircase leads to a delightful galleried landing, which opens into a light-filled double bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside, the property boasts a sunny south-facing courtyard garden, complete with furniture for enjoying al fresco dining. Additionally, guests have access to a large enclosed shared garden, perfect for engaging in lawn games with family and friends. The cottage offers parking for up to two cars beside the property, ensuring convenience for those who wish to explore the nearby sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin, and Ventnor, as well as the historic market town of Newport, known for its medieval Carisbrooke Castle.
