Located on the edge of the pretty village of Matfield this property is perfectly situated for exploring all that Kent has to offer with some absolutely amazing country walks, perfect for dogs! Take a trip to nearby Tunbridge Wells for some retail therapy or explore the many National Trust properties in the area such as Scotney Castle or Sissighurst Castle and Gardens. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many local footpaths on offer that criss cross the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or hop in the car and take a trip down to the coast and enjoy a day out at the seaside exploring the towns of Hastings and Bexhill. The front door of this traditional cottage opens into a small hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading into the cosy split level lounge/diner, which is bursting with country charm. Comfortable sofas sit at either side of the room with a coffee table in the centre, while a wood burner sits in an original fireplace. Curl up in front of the fire and catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV with DVD player. A step leads down into the dining area where there is a dining table and seating for six.
