On the left is the stylish kitchen,why not open the door to the patio and let the outside in as you prepare a bite to eat. The creatively designed kitchen has granite work surfaces and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. On the first floor there is the super king size zip and link (can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, continue up to the second floor with the king size and shower room with shower and WC. Relax in the sunshine on the round patio with a table, chairs and BBQ, the perfect spot for morning coffee, pre dinner drinks or alfresco dining any time. There is one car parking space in the underfloor parking area, accessed via the car lift inside the gated development, galvanised stairs lead down from the development to the basement.
