Located within beautiful countryside, this property is still near the town of Looe, which is just 2 miles away a quintessentially Cornish fishing harbour popular with visitors, with a mix of quality bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips, from fishing charters to a leisurely glass bottom jaunt. Only 2 miles away is the picture postcard village of Polperro with its colourful narrow streets. For walkers, the stunning South West Coast Path is within walking distance where you can take in amazing views out to sea. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary, within walking distance, alongside the Adrenalin Quarry, Kartworld, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and many National Trust properties which are all within 25 miles in the car. Enter through the main entrance and into a hallway with space for coats and boots to be stored. You ll then head into a large lobby with beautiful stone flooring and a wonderful sense of charm. Off the lobby is a fantastic family bedroom with a double and single bed, a Smart TV and a wonderful en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Moving back through to the lobby area, off another door from here is a dining area, boasting an exposed original smugglers tunnel covered in Perspex glass a real treat for people wanting to see some Cornish history. The cosy kitchen, although compact, offers everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge area has comfy seating, a Smart TV, wonderful exposed beams and stunning flooring. Off the lounge is a great king size bedroom complete with a Smart TV, a dressing room and an en suite shower and WC. Completely separate from the main property there is a small barn, "The Piggery" with a double bed and an en suite shower and WC, a great hideaway for anybody wanting some time to themselves this can be booked in addition to the lower barn at extra cost. Outside, you have an acre of shared grounds to explore with your own allocated seating/dining area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ on the upper tear of the garden, at the back of the building this area is not enclosed. There is private allocated parking for two cars.
