This cottage sits alongside the main house on 7 acres of private land. Running through this is a footpath which will lead you right down to two unique bays, one shingle and one sandy, both with rock pools. Enjoy a ball game on the grass, look for something fascinating in the pools of water or enjoy a sunbathe in relative privacy. Enjoy a 2 mile journey along the coast to get to Whiting Bay, which boasts waterside parks and a seafood restaurant. There's also an art gallery, coffee shop and a golf course. Travel 7 miles to Brodick for the local ferry port, luxury spa and more restaurants, or continue onto Goat Fell (12.5 miles) to hike the island's highest peak and take in truly spectacular views. This one level cottage retains plenty of traditional charm and is a true escape to the country. The lounge is a cosy space to relax, with a cottage suite and TV directed towards a wood burner. Play a board game or watch something on the TV in front of the fire on cooler evenings. Everything is set out on the ground floor, but small steps occasionally link various rooms. Surrounding the property is an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy, including a private area set to lawn that's ideal for letting kids play.
