The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a freestanding bath, with WC and heated towel rail. Stepping outside there is an enclosed paved patio area directly outside the back door with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Steps lead down to a large lawn area, again enclosed and ideal for ball games. There is allocated off road parking for 1 car and a 2nd by special arrangement with the owner.
