Located in the village of Bradwell with a pub and a shop, you are within just 3 miles from the two popular seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston on Sea, offering seaside fun for all with an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and amusements. Other local towns and villages offer lots more too: the historic bustling cathedral city of Norwich is 24 miles away, and the beautiful and vast waterways of the famous Norfolk Broads are close by, where you can hire a boat for the day. All year round there are lovely beach walks within easy reach and a visit to see the seal colonies at Winterton on Sea (11 miles) is a magical experience. As you enter this charming property, you arrive in the entrance hall which leads into the open plan lounge/diner. When you walk in the lounge you immediately get a homely feel with two large comfortable sofas surrounding a Smart TV, so you can put on your favourite show and cosy up of an evening with a loved one after a busy day exploring the area. The dining table seats up to four guests and provides a great spot for morning coffee, a light snack or a hearty meal which the chef of the group can prepare in the kitchen which has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, ideal for getting any sand out of your pockets after a day out by the coast. Heading upstairs you have two bedrooms where there is plenty of storage space to hang up clothes and store any belongings. The master bedroom is a king size with TV and bedroom two is a twin, and both share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The spacious, enclosed patio and gravel garden area are accessed via the right of the property and provide a wonderful spot for you to relax and your dogs to stretch their legs. Using the garden furniture provided, why not have a cocktail or two of an evening and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining? There is off road private parking for up to three cars.
