This property enjoys a quiet rural location on the owners working farm in the North Yorkshire countryside, on the south eastern edge of the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many miles of leisurely country walks to be enjoyed direct from the propertys front door, including the enjoyable walk around Lindley Reservoir which will be of particular interest to wildlife enthusiasts, as the area is home to a large number of bird species including goldcrest and woodpeckers. To the north east of the property, within a twenty minute drive, the spa town of Harrogate is a fantastic place for a day trip, as are the wonderful gardens at RHS Harlow Carr which visitors will pass on the way into the town. Upon entering this spacious lodge, you will see the stylish standard to which the owners have created. Firstly, is the open plan kitchen which has been tastefully created with an island and breakfast bar so you can cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Then onto the stylish open plan lounge/diner which is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day s exploring on the sofa or armchair while watching a movie on the TV/DVD. There are also double patio doors leading onto the decking. Finally a double bedroom with en suite shower room with WC along with twin bedroom and separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside you will find an enclosed garden along with decking and seating which are perfect for any time of the day to enjoy. Private parking for up to two cars, please note that the lodge is semi detached. The property has a private water supply.
