Ideally located within the half thatched village of Chittlehampton, a short walk from the village square, where you can find the local pub and shop. Situated close to some of North Devon s finest beaches including Saunton and Croyde, which are popular with surfers and swimmers alike, or walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail or walks through the surrounding landscape, stunning in any season. The towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are nearby with popular pannier markets, shops and tea rooms. Other attractions in the area include Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, National Trust properties and gardens, golf courses and attractive quiet villages with local pubs. A truly wonderful holiday location for all interests. As you arrive at the cottage you enter the hallway, the perfect spot to kick off your walking boots after a day s exploring. The kitchen/diner with inglenook fireplace is to your right and is well equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Google Home. There is ample seating for all to eat around the oak dining table. Also, on the ground floor is a separate WC. The lounge to your left, is cosy and allows you to sit back and relax in front of the warming wood burner effect electric fire and read a book or watch your favourite programme or movie on the Smart TV/DVD or listen to music on the Bluetooth radio/CD player. After a long day head up the cottage style staircase to the first floor where you will find, a king size bedroom and two single bedrooms. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes the accommodation. Outside, the gravelled driveway wraps around the cottage, with steps leading up to your own lawn area with garden furniture. There is off road private parking for two cars.
