The cottage is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Ulrome, with a glorious, large sandy beach a 1 mile walk from the cottage, or drive 5 miles and you will find Fraisthorpe beach with a dog friendly café. There are ample walks for all ages and abilities, as well as the Yorkshire Wolds Way which journeys through woodland, rugged coast, and sandy beaches. The Famous Yorkshire seaside town of Bridlington is an 8 mile drive here you can find an array of children s activities from donkeys on the beach, birds of prey, a model village, and a land train that takes you all the way from the Park and Ride to Sewerby Hall. Step into the cottage through the glass double doors into the large, open plan living space with original beams. There s ample space for cooking up a family evening meal in the country style kitchen or enjoying a game of cards around the dining table. Relax in the shabby chic living area after a long day of exploring the rugged coast and surrounding public footpaths. The master double bedroom has an en suite wet room and is on the same floor as the living space. Step down to the second bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a king size on request. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both rooms are beautifully furnished and have ample storage. Enjoy an evening of family games on the sun trap decking. To the rear, there is an enclosed patio area, and a paddock available, the perfect run around for the dogs. There are stables opposite the cottage with a small, wooded area for exploring.
