Castle Howard and the historical houses such as Burton Agnes and Sledmere provide a great day out for the whole family. Driffield, known as the Capital of the Wolds, is less than 8 miles away, where you can take a stroll down the by the historic canal, find a bite to eat or enjoy a spot of shopping. The Deep in Hull, the beautiful and varied coastline, Flamingo Land, North Yorkshire Steam Railway are other attractions. The Historical city of York boasts an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Touring the unspoilt Yorkshire Wolds by car is a pleasure in itself.The popular footpaths 'Wolds Way' and 'Minster Way' are nearby and specific farm fields allocated for dog walking. The rural Georgian property welcomes you into the hallway then onto the sleek kitchen diner which is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The inviting lounge is complete with comfortable sofas and an open fire which can warm toes whilst watching the 43" Smart TV. Heading upstairs to the bedrooms, one of which is a spacious double bedroom with TV and dressing table. There is also a twin bedroom with TV. The family bathroom is also on the first floor and benefits from a shower over bath and WC. Outside step down into the enclosed furnished patio area with Charcoal BBQ. There is plenty of additional outdoor space to explore including a lovely walled garden along with facilities including a tennis court and outdoor pool. Please note there is a rota each week for guests stating when they are able to use the pool.
