The cottage is situated on the periphery of Dinas Cross, between Fishguard and Newport on the North Pembrokeshire coast. Fishguard (2.5 miles) has a good selection of local shops, cafes and bars to choose from plus a pretty harbour to explore. Newport (4.5 miles) to the north can offer you another option for dining out and a golden sand beach, popular with day trippers and water sports enthusiasts. As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into the open plan lounge and dining room. There's a comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofa nestled around the Smart TV and wood burner perfect for cosy evenings. The dining table offers ample space to relax over a meal together after a busy day exploring the coast or you can simply open a board game and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the cottage with contemporary white units, a Rayburn stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is the family shower room with a walk in shower and WC. Narrow stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, the first being a king size, with views out over the countryside and storage for clothes and belongings. The second is a lovely twin room with storage and views over the fields. Externally, there is a generous enclosed garden with mature bushes and shrubs, a large lawn area plus a separate fire pit area set at the top end of the garden. Sit around with friends or family after a day exploring the county, light the fire and look out over the neighbouring fields and countryside
