Exeter, with its airport and mainline railway station, is less than thirty minutes away, while popular tourist destinations along the south coast and the picturesque villages of the northern coastline are easily accessible by car. Visitors can also explore local attractions such as Okehampton Castle, the Miniature Pony Centre, and Crealy Adventure Park Devon, among others. The Tarka Trail, ideal for walking or cycling, can be reached directly from the property, providing an excellent opportunity to immerse oneself in the natural beauty of the area.

This outdoor space includes a lawn, gravel patio with garden furniture and a gas BBQ, as well as a spacious summer house perfect for relaxation. Private off-road parking for two cars is conveniently located right outside the property, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking a peaceful retreat in nature.
