This property enjoys a quiet countryside location, with stunning countryside views, close to the Devon/Cornwall border. It is within easy reach of some of Cornwall s finest seaside spots, including the sandy beaches of Bude and Sandymouth Bay and the attractive fishing port of Boscastle. Back over the border into Devon, the Surfers paradise of Westward Ho is only a 30 minute drive away and boasts amusements, arcades and restaurants. Also a short drive away is the family theme parks " The Big Sheep" and the "Milky Way" . A huge hit is the North Devon Wake Park which offers wake boarding, and onsite aqua park for fun for all families. Nearby Tamar Lakes offers footpaths and cycle paths to explore and water activities. Also Dartmoor and Exmoor is just over an hours drive away Stepping into the property, you enter the lounge/diner. With exposed beams and an oak staircase, it has a warm and welcoming feel. Guests can relax on the comfy sofa, and watch their favourite TV show on the Smart TV or enjoy a movie on the DVD. A flame effect electric fire provides instant heat at any time, and the French doors look out over the rear garden. A dining table and chairs make mealtimes a breeze. Two steps down lead to the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is further on with a shower over the bath and WC. A bunk bedroom is just beyond the bathroom which has a set of bunks and a trundle bed that can be rolled out to accommodate a third child if required. This room also has a Smart TV. Heading back up to the lounge area, the oak staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom with a king size bed. Heading outside there is a private, secure garden to the rear of the cottage, equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ, making it the perfect space for guests to relax, dine and soak up the stunning scenery. There is also an on site shared laundry that guests are welcome to use, including a communal tumble dryer, and surf board shower. This delightful setting also has two extremely friendly Shetland ponies, named Tilly and Teddy! They love meeting new friends and younger guests will enjoy petting and playing with them. The property is situated off a quiet country lane and so not overlooked, with uninterrupted views of the spectacular countryside.
