Located in the picturesque fishing town of Brixham, this is the perfect spot to enjoy the town's bustling harbour and the array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Try your hand at crabbing, enjoy many water sports or simply relax on the sandy beach at St Mary's Bay; there is something for everyone to keep entertained. Alternatively, you can head further afield and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of beaches, which can be reached by foot ferry from Brixham harbour. Kingswear is also a short drive away where you can jump on the steam railway or take a ferry over to wonderful Dartmouth. Other attractions and places of interest include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Exeter with its stunning cathedral and plenty of shops, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent's Cavern, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties. Step inside this lovely quirky cottage to find yourself in the spacious dining area, suitably furnished for all guests to sit down for a hearty meal after a day at the beach. Moving through this room will take you to the lounge, a great spot to kick back on the comfy sofas in front of the wood burner and watch some TV or a DVD with the family. Going to the back of the property will lead to the well equipped kitchen, comprising of an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: both double rooms facing the front of the property with TVs. The bathroom is at the back of the property and features a shower over the roll top bath and a WC. The garden can be reached through the kitchen and is a lovely enclosed spot to enjoy the sunshine. Here there is seating to enjoy a drink or dine alfresco, and there's a BBQ to make the most of the summer weather. This is also the perfect spot for your four legged friend. Allocated parking can be found down the road and additional on street parking is available, subject to availability.
