Braunton is one of the largest villages in Devon and a great location with its wine bars, independent shops and restaurants. Not only is it close to Saunton Sands (2.5 miles) but only 3 miles away is the pretty seaside village of Croyde and 6 miles is Woolacombe, all renowned as some of the UK's best beaches to catch the waves and paddleboard along the shallow waters. All of the beaches have soft golden sands and are great places to picnic on the dunes with family and friends. Saunton also has a 36 hole championship golf course with stunning views. Cyclists will love the Tarka Trail which passes through Braunton and has 180 miles of cycle path passing many cafes and tearooms. Step through the front door into this delightful cottage and the cosy lounge that is full of character with its stunning inglenook fireplace and wood burner. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofas, snuggle up and play some board games or watch a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is a lovely space to cook up some of your favourite recipes or prepare a picnic for a day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built in microwave and coffee machine. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the shed in the courtyard. The lovely family bathroom is next to the kitchen and has a bath with a walk in shower and WC. Heading upstairs, there are two beautiful bedrooms. One has a king size bed with a Smart TV and the other a twin room. Both bedrooms have ample storage for all your belongings. Outside, there is a lovely courtyard with seating where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco. Roadside parking (subject to availability).
