The property is nestled in a small terrace of original farm cottages and enjoys a great location within easy walking distance of the beautiful bay and beach, two pub/restaurants, a café/bistro, and a general store. Enjoy a sunset stroll on the beach, a relaxing walk with the dog, rock pooling at low tide, and a wide variety of water sports to try or watch from the dunes. Nearby Seahouses (2 miles) and Bamburgh (5 miles) can be reached by the coastal path for golf, pubs, the fabulous Castle, shops, and restaurants. Book a boat cruise to see the birdlife on the Farne Islands and drive over the causeway to visit Holy Island (19 miles). Head inland to Alnwick Castle and Gardens (13 miles) and browse the shops on market day. Take a shallow step down from the courtyard and head into the dual aspect open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the large, comfortable sofa to catch up on the day and watch your favourite TV shows. For meals in, the kitchen comprises an electric oven and hob, a fridge and microwave and the kitchen window offers a nice view of the village church opposite while washing up. Enjoy sitting together at the dining table for dinner, games, or with your maps to help plan your activities. At bedtime, you will find two bedrooms on the first floor, a cosy king sized master, and a bunk room, ideal for children. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. Outside, there is a table and chairs overlooking the shared courtyard and the large, shared table at the far end of the courtyard is perfect for sociable drinks or snacks. There is allocated parking for one car in the shared courtyard.
