To the east, within 12 miles, is Exmoor National Park, providing miles of scenic walks and cycle ways which stretch right up to the coast on the Devon/Somerset border. For those who like to explore local towns and villages, Bideford, Instow and Braunton are also within 12 miles. Stepping into the hallway of this delightful holiday home, you will immediately note the thought and detail that has gone into making it a comfortable and stylish retreat. The lounge on your right is warm and welcoming with a gas fire, Smart TV and comfortable sofas beckoning you to relax. The kitchen is ahead and is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay. A separate utility room offers a side door to the garden and a handy WC. The dining room provides plenty of room to sit and eat and French doors open out onto the rear enclosed garden. Heading up the stairs the spacious home has three bedrooms, one king size with an en suite shower room and two single bedrooms. There is a snug room which is aimed at kids and young adults to connect or game via their own devices, or just to relax, read or watch TV. The family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. The enclosed lawn area allows for ball games and there is an outside tap and hose ideal for washing off muddy paws or sandy toes. The attached garage houses a small pool table/table tennis table and is a handy space to store beach equipment.
