Local attractions include Quince Honey Farm, Dartington Crystal, Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep, Exmoor Steam Railway and Cobbatton Combat Museum. The town of Barnstaple with its pannier market and sports facilities are nine miles away. Footpaths and cycleways criss cross the land and there is local access to the Tarka Trail just a short drive away. As you enter this charming cottage through the front door you are met by a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, attractively furnished, relax on the comfortable sofas and watch your favourite TV show or enjoy a movie on the smart TV/DVD. After a day of exploring the local area, whip up a snack or a three course meal in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
