As well as gorgeous country walks and cycleways close by, you also have the popular Thetford Forest within a 20 mile radius which offers something for everyone with blissful walks aplenty. For adrenaline seekers you have a host of outdoor activities from zip wires, tree top walks and segway routes or you may just want to meander through the forest with your four legged friend taking in the views. Banham Zoological Gardens (14 miles) are set in 50 acres of gorgeous countryside and provides a wonderful day out. A little further afield is the stunning cathedral city of Norwich (23 miles) and the famous Broads National Park (35 miles) where you can hire a day boat and explore 125 of lock free, scenic waterways. Park up across the road from the cottage in a private off road car park, and walk over to the cottage. Enter through the front door into the characterful lounge which is a lovely place to cosy up with loved ones after a busy day out exploring the area. Pop on a movie on the wall mounted Smart TV, and gather on the comfortable sofa and armchairs which provide enough seating for all guests. The well equipped kitchen is a real home away from home and, once you ve prepared dinner, serve up in the dining room at the table which can seat up to four guests. Completing the ground floor layout is a family bathroom. Upstairs, there s a lovely double room and a twin room, with each bedroom having ample storage space for clothes and personal items. Outside, you ll have a splendid, large, enclosed garden area with furniture, along with a BBQ and a trampoline ensuring hours of family fun in the garden, whilst you enjoy some drinks and dine al fresco style.
